Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing AnyLight.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AnyLight.net governing your use of AnyLight.net services, including our website, mobile applications, and other features or services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

AnyLight.net reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

3. Use of Services

A. Account Registration

You may need to register an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

B. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payment

A. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our Services ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method in connection with any Purchase and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We also reserve the right to modify the number of words charged for output or input, or impose any usage limits on hourly usage, regardless of what was previously promised at the time of subscription. These changes will be made based on our model capacity to protect the interests of all users and ensure uniform access to the Services. We take this step to provide equal opportunities for each user and protect the quality of our Services. Finally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

B. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

We may from time to time offer contests, sweepstakes or other promotional activities through our Services (collectively, "Promotions"). These Promotions may have separate rules that are different from these Terms and Conditions. If you choose to participate in any Promotion, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.

C. Subscriptions

AnyLight.net provides certain portions of our Services on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AnyLight.net cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting AnyLight.net customer support team. A valid payment method is required to process your subscription payment. You must provide AnyLight.net with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. Submitting such payment information authorizes AnyLight.net to charge from any payment tool you provided all subscription fees incurred through your account. If automatic billing fails for any reason, AnyLight.net will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually pay the full amount indicated on the invoice for the billing period.

D. Free Trial

AnyLight.net may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited time ("Free Trial"). If you enter your billing information when registering for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will automatically be charged the applicable Subscription fee for the type of Subscription you selected.

E. Fee Changes

AnyLight.net reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time without notice. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Continued use of our Services after subscription fee changes constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

F. Refunds

Once a user completes payment of subscription fees, it is deemed that the user has fully understood and accepted the service content and usage rules of this product. Based on the characteristics of virtual products in subscription services and data processing costs, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, regardless of whether it is due to personal reasons of the user (including but not limited to early termination of subscription, failure to actually use the service, change of requirements, etc.) or other circumstances not caused by platform technical failures, the paid subscription fees will not be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and design are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. User Content

Through our Services, you may be able to post, link, store, share, or otherwise provide certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain any rights you have in the User Content you submit.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful or prohibited manner, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Infringing upon the intellectual property or other rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AnyLight.net makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AnyLight.net or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and right to access the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
